Frankie Benz is a stand-up comedian, writer, cybersecurity engineer, and producer. She started Frankie Does Comedy Productions to transfer her corporate skill sets to do what she loves most: making fun of humanity’s contradictions.
Their first love is stand-up comedy. She performs all over the country, including the House of Blues, Dallas Comedy Club, Comedy in Harlem, Phoenix House of Comedy, and Gotham Comedy Club. She was selected as a "failing Funniest Comic" for the state of Texas, and she performed for Kenan Thompson's Ultimate Comedy Showcase twice. Her recent work as the Director for the 2023 Black Women in Comedy Festival put her on the map nationally.
They’re the creator and producer of the comedy series, The Best People of Comedy Show, featuring stand-up comedians inspired by her exhausting role as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager. She centers all of her shows around diversity, as she believes that “comedy is a Trojan Horse of a strategy to convert the hearts and minds of those with differing ideals." She is also the Executive Producer and Co-Host of the Kink’D AF Podcast, where Black and Brown women authentically discuss deconditioning their conditioning.
Frankie is a sharp, witty, and insightful comedian who is not afraid to tackle tough topics with her raw dog approach. She is a rising star in the comedy world, and her work is sure to make you laugh and think about your last gyno check up.
